Key Personnel Change

Mr. Sanjay Chhabra, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of Campus Activewear Limited, has tendered his resignation.

Reason for Resignation

Personal reasons, as stated in the resignation letter.

Additional Roles Affected

Mr. Chhabra will also cease to be:

  • Key Managerial Personnel under Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013
  • Chief Risk Officer appointed under Regulation 21, Part D, Schedule II of SEBI LODR Regulations

All cessations are effective from close of business hours on 7th July, 2026.

Succession Planning

The Company is in the process of appointing a new Chief Financial Officer. The appointment will be communicated to the Stock Exchanges in due course.

Document Submission

The resignation letter requests the company to take necessary actions including:

  • Submission of necessary forms with Registrar of Companies
  • Making necessary disclosures to the stock exchange
  • Disclosures on the company website
