Campus Activewear's committee granted 700,000 employee stock options at an exercise price of ₹220 per share.
The options were granted under the ESOP 2021 - Vision Pool plan with a two-year vesting period and a 50% split.
The grant is scheduled for 2nd May 2026 and was disclosed pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations.
