Think Analytics Consultancy Services Private Limited (TACS), a step-down subsidiary of Computer Age Management Services Limited, has been voluntarily liquidated and dissolved.
The liquidation proceedings were carried out under Section 59 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
The National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench has ordered the dissolution of TACS based on the application made by the company for liquidation.
CAMS stated that TACS was not a material subsidiary and the dissolution will not have any impact on the revenue, profitability, operations or business of the Company.
