Bond Call Option and Payment Update
Canara Bank provides an update regarding the exercise of call option for bond with ISIN INE476A08126.
The original call option date and coupon payment date was scheduled for Sunday, October 25, 2026. Since October 25, 2026 is not a business day, the Bank will:
- Exercise the call option on Friday, October 23, 2026
- Make the payment on Friday, October 23, 2026
This adjustment is made in accordance with the terms of the Placement Memorandum.
Record Date Revision
The record date for determining holders entitled to the coupon and call option redemption amount has been revised:
- From: Friday, October 9, 2026
- To: Thursday, October 8, 2026
