2. To declare dividend of ₹0.40 per equity share for the financial year ended 31st March 2026.
3. To appoint a director in place of Mr. Santanu Kumar Majumdar (DIN: 08223415), who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.
4. To appoint a director in place of Mr. Amitabh Nevatia (DIN: 10891350), who retires by rotation and being eligible, offers himself for re-appointment.
5. To appoint and approve remuneration of M/s Brahmayya & Co., Chartered Accountants as one of the joint statutory auditors.
6. To appoint and approve remuneration of M/s M Bhaskara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants as one of the joint statutory auditors.

Voting Process
Remote e-voting commenced at 09:00 AM IST on Monday, 17th August 2026 and concluded at 05:00 PM IST on Wednesday, 19th August 2026. Members participating in the meeting who had not cast their votes through remote e-voting could cast their vote through e-voting facility available at the end of the meeting, which remained open for 30 minutes after conclusion.
