The Board has recommended to the members of the Company the appointment of:
- M/s Brahmayya & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000513S) as Joint Statutory Auditor for a term of one year - from the conclusion of the 19th annual general meeting until the conclusion of the 20th annual general meeting
- M/s M Bhaskara Rao & Co., Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 000459S) as Joint Statutory Auditor for a term of four years - from the conclusion of the 19th annual general meeting until the conclusion of the 23rd annual general meeting
Current Auditor Status
The term of the existing statutory auditors (M/s Raj Har Gopal & Co. and M/s Brahmayya & Co.) shall be completed at the conclusion of the ensuing 19th Annual General Meeting.
