It informs about the incorporation of a new entity for Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities.
The Company has incorporated a Section 8 company limited by guarantee under The Companies Act, 2013, named 'CAPACIT'E FOUNDATION'. The incorporation date was July 03, 2026, in India.
Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited is the holding company of the newly formed Capacit'e Foundation and is itself the listed entity. The foundation belongs to the industry of social welfare and CSR implementation activities. It has been incorporated as a not-for-profit company limited by guarantee.
The primary objective of Capacit'e Foundation is to carry out Corporate Social Responsibility activities in accordance with Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013. No governmental or regulatory approvals were required for this incorporation.
As the foundation is a company limited by guarantee and does not have share capital, there was no cash consideration, share swap, cost of subscription, or share allotment involved in its incorporation. Capacit'e Infraprojects Limited will have control over the management and affairs of Capacit'e Foundation.
