Capacit'e Infraprojects fully redeemed all 7,500 unlisted, unrated Non-Convertible Debentures with a total face value of ₹75 crore.
All encumbrances related to the NCDs are now entitled for release following the final redemption.
The Debenture Trustee has already released 10 lakh equity shares pledged by the Promoter Group as security for these NCDs.
