The LOI is for construction of Core and Shell work for two specific projects:

  • Mahindra Beacon Hill at Mahalaxmi

The company confirmed that neither the Promoters, Promoter Group, nor any Group Companies hold any interest in Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited, confirming this order does not constitute a related party transaction.
