1. Mr. Rishi Pratim Ray - Director Finance (Corporate Development)

2. Mr. Hipin Jain - Vice President Customer Success

  • Over 4 years in current tenure plus prior 2-year term with Group
  • Drives customer success strategies, product adoption, retention, and P&L expansion across India, Middle East, and Africa
  • MBA in Marketing from University of Pune
  • Over 15 years experience across Loyalty, CRM, Customer Success, and Sales
  • Prior roles at Hansa Cequity and HCL Infosystems

3. Mr. Sumit Kumar - President Middle East, Africa & India

  • Joined organization in February 2025
  • Leads regional strategy, sales, digital ecosystems, customer engagement, and P&L growth

  • Over 28 years global experience in Retail, FMCG, Healthcare, and SaaS sectors

4. Ms. Aruna Subramanian - Vice President Legal

5. Mr. Sumit Sureka - Vice President Finance

6. Mr. ShubhKant Kalsi - Vice President Customer Success at PT Capillary Technologies Indonesia

  • Completed over 14 years with Group since appointment in May 2012
  • Directs regional customer success operations, retention strategies, and client growth across Southeast Asia
  • B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from NIT Rourkela
  • Over 15 years technical and customer expertise
  • Began career at Infosys

7. Mr. Jayant Sharma - Chief of Staff (Corporate)

  • Joined Group in August 2025

Investor Relations Update

The Stakeholders' Relationship Committee meeting held on February 6, 2026, had appointed Mr. Narayanan Alagappan (Senior Manager – Corporate Development) along with Ms. Gireddy Bhargavi Reddy (Company Secretary and Compliance Officer) as persons responsible for handling investor relations.

Following Mr. Narayanan Alagappan's cessation from the company, Ms. Gireddy Bhargavi Reddy became solely responsible for handling investor relations effective from the date of Mr. Alagappan's cessation.
