Former Member of Executive Management and Chief Investor Relations Officer at HDFC Limited, and previously its Treasurer. Responsibilities during 39+ year tenure at HDFC included strategy, treasury, corporate planning and budgeting, investor relations and corporate finance
  • International experience: Worked on assignments for multilateral agencies in financial services in Asia, Africa and Eastern Europe. Helped set up mortgage companies in Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Egypt, Maldives and Tanzania

Confirmation of Eligibility: Both Mrs. Rachna Dikshit and Mr. Joseph Conrad Agnelo D'souza are not debarred from holding the office of director by virtue of order of SEBI or any other such authority.
