Services and Facilities

The upcoming centre will provide comprehensive care under one roof, including advanced diagnostics, emergency care, specialist consultations, surgeries and critical care. It will cover specialties such as Cardiology, Oncology, Orthopedics, Neurology, Nephrology, Gastroenterology, General Medicine, Pediatrics, Critical Care and additional super‑specialty departments. Infrastructure will feature modular operation theatres, intensive care units, CT scan, MRI, Cath Lab, advanced laboratory diagnostics and 24×7 emergency and ambulance services.

Leadership and Vision

The expansion is led by Dr. C. S. Pruthi and Dr. Harnoor Singh Pruthi, who have built Capitol Hospital’s reputation for compassionate, reliable care. Dr. Harnoor Singh Pruthi stated that the mission is to make advanced and reliable healthcare accessible to every family, emphasizing preventive health through early diagnosis, regular check‑ups and lifestyle awareness.

Historical Context and Regional Impact

Capitol Hospital’s journey began with the inauguration of BBC Heart Care Pruthi Hospital by former Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh, establishing a trusted name in cardiac care. Building on that foundation, Capitol Hospital Jalandhar became one of Punjab’s leading multispecialty centres. The new Moga facility is expected to reduce the need for patients to travel to larger cities for specialized treatment, setting a new benchmark for healthcare delivery in Punjab.
