Key Appointments Approved

The Board of Directors, via circular resolution passed on July 08, 2026, approved two key managerial appointments:

  • Mr. Ignatius Kaitha appointed as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) and designated as Senior Management Personnel
  • Mr. Ateet Parikh appointed as Chief Collection Officer and designated as Senior Management Personnel

Both appointments were based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Ignatius Kaitha (CHRO)

  • Previous association: Executive Vice President & Head - Human Resource (Retail Assets, Business Owner, Channels & Affluent Banking) at IndusInd Bank
  • Prior experience: Leadership positions with HSBC and Stream Global Services (now Concentrix)
  • Expertise: HR strategy, mergers and acquisitions, organizational integration, capability building, HR transformation programs, workforce planning, leadership development, employee experience frameworks
  • Education: MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management

Mr. Ateet Parikh (Chief Collection Officer)

  • Senior banking professional with over 25 years of experience
  • Specializes in collections, debt management, retail banking, risk management, customer experience, and business operations
  • Previous association: Head - Collections for Credit Cards, Car Loans, Micro Business Loans and Overdrafts at IDFC FIRST Bank
  • Prior experience: Leadership positions at ICICI Bank and Standard Chartered Bank
  • Expertise: Collections strategy, recoveries, legal processes, customer experience, portfolio performance, process transformation, operational excellence, establishing new business verticals, digital transformation, risk and compliance frameworks
  • Education: MBA in Finance and M.Com. in Advanced Business
