Capri Global NCD Tranche I Issue Oversubscribed

Capri Global Capital's ₹1,000 crore NCD issue with ₹4,000 crore greenshoe closed oversubscribed on April 28, 2026.
QIB category was subscribed over 2x and Corporate category 1.14x, receiving strong investor response across all categories.
Funds raised will be primarily used for onward lending (≥75%) and general corporate purposes (≤25%).
The NCDs offer tenures from 24 to 120 months with coupon rates up to 9.50% per annum.
