Caprihans India EGM Appoints Sanjeev Tole Director

Caprihans India held an Extraordinary General Meeting on 09 May 2026 via video conference to appoint a new Independent Director.
Members approved the appointment of Sanjeev Dinkar Tole as Independent Director for a five-year term starting 10 February 2026.
The resolution required special approval as Mr. Tole will turn 75 during his tenure, per SEBI LODR Regulation 17(1A).
E-voting was conducted remotely from 06-08 May 2026 and during the meeting, with results to be declared within two working days.
