Caprihans India EGM Approves Sanjeev Tole Director

Caprihans India Limited shareholders unanimously approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjeev Dinkar Tole as an Independent Director for a five-year term.
The resolution passed via remote e-voting with 8,190,490 votes (100%) in favor and zero votes against the appointment.
The EGM was held on 09 May 2026 via video conferencing with 45 shareholders attending virtually through VC/OAVM.
