Captech Technologies Relaunches eFORCE Labour Management Platform

On 12 October 2026, Captech Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a construction‑technology firm serving leading infrastructure companies across India, announced the relaunch of its Captech eFORCE platform – the country’s first labour‑management application built specifically for construction contractors. The solution is Made in India, AI‑assisted, and designed to match builders with labour contractors while handling work orders, site reports and billing within a single digital environment.

The platform claims to deploy construction labour five times faster than traditional methods and to increase deployment capacity eightfold. It currently supports over 5,000 labour contractors, impacting approximately 500,000 blue‑collar workers across more than 30 projects nationwide.

Captech eFORCE originated in 2020 as a labour marketplace; the relaunch expands functionality to cover the entire construction job lifecycle. Contractors post requirements with BOQ, drawings, scope and timelines; labour contractors submit credentials, which are verified for PAN, GST and bank details before work is awarded. Once awarded, the platform manages work orders, crew deployment, and digital daily progress reports. Senior management can view real‑time dashboards across multiple sites, identifying bottlenecks or crew shortages instantly.

A key differentiator is the integration with a company’s existing ERP system. All records—work orders, progress reports, Kharchi (advance) and Running Account (RA) bills—are automatically synced to the ERP, eliminating duplicate data entry and reducing the need for phone follow‑ups. Contractors can track the certification and payment status of each bill stage‑by‑stage, providing greater transparency and income stability.

To address low‑tech adoption among contractors, the platform includes dedicated training programmes and AI‑assisted onboarding via phone calls and WhatsApp messages. These communications also serve as reminders and status updates. The app operates in multiple languages—English, Hindi, Marathi and Bangla—facilitating broader reach.

Founder and CEO Asutosh Katyal emphasized that the relaunch directly tackles the recurring concern of contractors regarding bill certification and payment timing. He noted that the new system allows both contractors and project teams to view the same records, linked to the ERP, thereby streamlining the entire construction job from work order issuance to final payment.

Captech Technologies positions eFORCE as a digital bridge between construction companies, developers, labour contractors and specialised vendors, aiming to make workforce coordination more transparent, connected and efficient.
