Paid-up share capital increased to Rs. 30.06 crore from 3.00 crore shares to 3.01 crore shares.
The allotment was approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee on June 10, 2026.
The new shares rank pari-passu and are listed on BSE (534804) and NSE (CARERATING).
