CARE Ratings Allots 300 ESOP Shares, Grants 18,000 Options

CARE Ratings allotted 300 equity shares to employees upon ESOP exercise, increasing paid-up capital to ₹30.05 crore.
The company granted 18,000 new stock options at an exercise price of ₹1,590 per share under its 2020 ESOP scheme.
The allotment and grant were approved by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in a meeting on May 04, 2026.
The ESOP scheme complies with SEBI Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity Regulations, 2021.
