Career Point Edutech Limited has intimated the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India about its upcoming board meeting scheduled for Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The meeting will be held at the company's corporate office situated at CP Tower-1, IPIA, Road No.1, Kota, Rajasthan.
The board meeting agenda includes:
- Consideration and approval of the Unaudited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
- Consideration and taking on record the Limited Review Report by the Statutory Auditor of the Company on the Un-Audited Financial Results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026
- Other routine business and any other items with the permission of the chairman
The board meeting will be preceded by Audit Committee and other committees meetings on the same day.
In accordance with the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company has been closed from October 1, 2026, for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees and Connected Persons. The trading window will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026.
