Cargotrans Maritime Forms WOS CML Investments

Cargotrans Maritime Limited's Board approved incorporation of a Wholly Owned Subsidiary named CML Investments Private Limited on 31st March 2026.
The proposed WOS will have paid-up capital of INR 1,00,000 comprising 10,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, fully held by the parent.
The subsidiary will operate in real estate, securities, and investment trading to diversify beyond the parent's core shipping business.
