Carysil Limited reported exceptional financial results for FY 2025-26 with consolidated revenue growing 13.3% to ₹923.95 crore and profit after tax surging 54% to ₹98.97 crore. Standalone performance was even stronger with revenue up 20.1% to ₹504.62 crore and PAT jumping 72.6% to ₹63.68 crore. The impressive growth was driven by quartz sink volume growth of 21.2% to 7.82 lakh units, improved capacity utilization, and significant margin expansion with EBITDA margin reaching 19.9% (up from 17.3% in FY25).

Strategic Initiatives and Expansion

The company unveiled its Carysil 2.0 strategy to transform from a quartz sink manufacturer to an integrated kitchen and bathroom solutions platform. This includes six strategic pillars focused on building trusted brands, creating one-stop solutions, driving margin expansion through technology-led scale, expanding channels in India, optimizing product mix, and executing with discipline. The long-term ambition is to become a USD 1 billion company and India's largest integrated kitchen hub.

Significant capacity expansion is underway with ₹68 crore capex invested in FY26 and a ₹300 crore investment plan till 2030-31. This includes expanding quartz sink capacity from 10 lakh to 12.5 lakh units, stainless steel sink capacity to 5 lakh units in phases, appliances capacity to 1 lakh units by FY27, and faucet capacity to 1 lakh units by FY27.

Global Operations and Subsidiaries

The company maintains operations in 55+ countries with 4,500+ dealers across India. Key subsidiaries include Carysil UK Limited (₹142.50 crore reserves), Carysilnox Limited (84.99% holding), Carysil USA Inc, Carysil GmbH Germany, and Carysil FZ LLC UAE. The Turkish subsidiary Carysil Ankastre Sistemleri Ticaret Limited Şirketi was deregistered effective March 4, 2026, with ongoing liquidation.

Corporate Governance and Compliance

The Board comprised 8 directors with 71% independent representation, holding 7 meetings during FY26. The company maintained strong governance practices across all committees (Audit, Nomination and Remuneration, Stakeholders' Relationship, CSR, and Risk Management). However, the company disclosed penalties levied by NSE and BSE during FY 2024-25 for non-compliance with Regulation 19(1) of SEBI LODR relating to Nomination and Remuneration Committee composition, which was subsequently rectified.

The Group confirmed full compliance with Companies Act 2013 requirements, including no material transactions with struck-off companies, proper use of borrowed funds, and adherence to layer restrictions. An exceptional item of ₹1.13 crore was recognized for the impact of India's New Labour Codes implementation effective November 2025, which revised wage definitions and expanded social security benefits.

Dividend and Shareholder Returns

The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹3.00 per equity share (150% of face value) for FY 2025-26, up from ₹2.40 per share in the previous year. The 39th Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 22, 2026, with record date set for September 15, 2026.

Forward Guidance and Outlook

The company provided revenue growth guidance of 15-20% for FY27 with EBITDA margin guidance of 18-20%. Domestic business is targeted to reach ₹200 crore in FY27 (from ₹173 crore in FY26) with long-term domestic ambition of ₹500+ crore over 5-6 years. The company continues to face risks including foreign exchange exposure (60% USD, 20% Euro, 20% GBP), competitive intensity, regulatory compliance requirements, and raw material price volatility.
