Castrol India held its 48th AGM on 30 March 2026 via Video Conferencing with 74 shareholders attending virtually.
Final dividend of ₹5.25 per share declared for FY2025, following an interim dividend of ₹3.50 per share paid during the year.
Four ordinary resolutions were put to vote, including adoption of FY2025 financials and re-appointment of director Kartikeya Dube.
