CATL Launches Six‑Minute 10%‑to‑98% Battery

CATL unveiled its Shenxing LFP battery that charges from 10% to 98% in six minutes, ahead of Beijing auto show.
The battery also reaches 35% charge in one minute under moderate temperatures, beating BYD’s nine‑minute charge announced last month.
CATL also displayed a nickel‑cobalt‑manganese battery offering 1,000 km range and a condensed‑matter battery promising up to 1,500 km for a sedan.
