CATL partners Togg to co-develop EVs by 2027

CATL announced a collaboration with Turkish EV maker Togg to co-develop electric vehicles using its Panshi chassis platform.
The partnership will create three vehicle models, with initial mass production slated for 2027, marking CATL's first overseas platform deployment.
This move expands CATL beyond battery supply into international automotive manufacturing, extending its technological reach for the Shenzhen‑listed firm.
