The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2026.
The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
