CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd., the world’s largest commercial real‑estate services and investment firm, was named “Leading International Property Consultancy (IPC) of the Year” at the ETNow.in Realty Conclave & Awards 2026 held at the Taj Palace in New Delhi. The award was received by Anshuman Magazine, Chairman & CEO – India, South‑East Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE, and presented by Shri Raj Bhushan Choudhary, Minister of State, Ministry of Jal Shakti, Government of India.

The accolade recognises CBRE’s data‑led advisory approach, integrated service platform and strong execution capabilities across all asset classes, underscoring its leadership in India’s IPC sector.

CBRE reported revenue of more than USD 38 billion for fiscal year 2025. The US‑listed firm employs over 155,000 people and serves clients in more than 100 countries. India Operations
CBRE entered India in 1994 as the first IPC to establish an office, under the leadership of Mr. Magazine. Leadership – Anshuman Magazine
Anshuman Magazine, who has overseen CBRE’s operations across 19 countries and more than 50 offices, is credited as the architect of the IPC market in India. Over three decades he has driven profitability in advisory, transaction, asset, capital‑markets, project‑management and valuation businesses, and has been instrumental in major infrastructure projects such as SEZs, airport privatisations and metro developments. Under his direction CBRE secured projects with sovereign wealth funds including Abu Dhabi Investment Authority and Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund, as well as landmark initiatives like the Abu Dhabi Municipality project and the NEOM development.
