CC Capital, OneIM Buy Insignia for A$3.9bn

CC Capital and One Investment Management completed acquisition of Insignia Financial Ltd at A$4.80 per share, valuing it at A$3.9 billion.
The deal, approved by FIRB, APRA, the Court and shareholders, will result in Insignia’s delisting from the ASX on Tuesday.
Insignia manages over A$342 billion in funds as of 31 Dec 2025 and earned a perfect Piotroski Score of 9.
CC Capital, a New York private firm founded 2015, partnered with OneIM, a 2022‑born manager with $10 bn assets, for the purchase.
