The acquirer engages in investment, management, financing, and treasury functions for the CHUBU Group. The parent company, CHUBU, is publicly listed on Japanese stock exchanges and is involved in power generation, distribution, and transmission through renewable sources including solar, wind, and nuclear energy.

Continuum Green Energy Limited is a public limited company incorporated in India. The target company and its various Indian subsidiaries are primarily engaged in the business of power generation and sale through renewable sources, specifically wind and solar energy.
