CCL Board Meet: 18,600 Warrant Conversion Approval

CCL has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on March 26, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. at its registered office.
The board will consider conversion of 18,600 share warrants issued to the Promoter Group into equity shares.
The meeting also covers allotment of 18,600 equity shares upon conversion of the convertible warrants.
