CDG Petchem Regularizes Five Director Appointments

CDG Petchem shareholders approved regularization of five directors at EGM held on April 24, 2026.
Two Independent Directors, Ms. Rita Aggarwal and Ms. Kajal Jangra, appointed for five-year terms.
Mr. Akashdeep Mundi and Mr. Arshdeep Mundi regularized as Non-Executive and Executive Directors respectively.
Mr. Jagjit Rai appointed as Whole-time Director for five years, effective from November 14, 2025.
