CDSL Allots Second Tranche in IIBHL Right Issue

CDSL has completed the second tranche of its investment in India International Bullion Holding IFSC Limited (IIBHL) through a right issue. The company allotted 9,20,00,000 (Nine Crore Twenty Lakh) equity shares of ₹1 each to CDSL on September 09, 2026, amounting to ₹9,20,00,000 (Rupees Nine Crore and Twenty Lakh Only). This investment represents a 20% equity stake in IIBHL.

This follows CDSL's first tranche investment disclosed on August 01, 2026 (via letter no. CDSL/CS/NSE/AJ/2026/112), where the company invested in 10,00,00,000 (Ten Crore) equity shares of ₹1 each amounting to ₹10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crores Only), also representing a 20% equity stake in IIBHL.
