SEBI, vide its letter no. HO/47/28/13(4)2026-MRD-RAC2/I/17525/2026 dated July 28, 2026, has approved:
- Joint Venture Agreement (Software Development Partnership Agreement) between Centrico Insurance Repository Limited (formerly known as CDSL Insurance Repository Limited) and Shoveltech Solutions Private Limited
- Disbursement of Rs. 25,00,000 (Rupees Twenty-Five Lakhs only) for development of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP)
Conditions
Approval is subject to the condition that CDSL shall maintain its net worth requirement at all times in terms of Regulation 14(1) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018 on standalone basis.
