CEAT Limited incorporated a new step-down subsidiary, CEAT GMBH, in Germany with a capital of EURO 25,000.
The subsidiary is a related party of CEAT and will operate in the automotive tyres, tubes, and ancillary products industry.
CEAT's wholly owned subsidiary holds 100% shareholding in the newly formed German entity.
