The 42nd Annual General Meeting of the Company is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 03:30 PM (IST).

The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing/Other Audio-Visual Means (VC/OAVM) in compliance with relevant circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India.

Documentation

The Notice of the 42nd AGM along with the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2025-2026 shall be submitted to the exchange in due course.
