Ceigall India's Management Committee authorized a Non-Binding Offer letter for 100% equity stake sale in two highway subsidiaries on 25 March 2026.
The two subsidiaries involved are Ceigall Jalbehra Shahbad Greenfield Highway Pvt Ltd and Ceigall Bathinda Dabwali Highways Pvt Ltd.
Transaction is subject to due diligence, definitive agreements, and regulatory/lender approvals; financial terms not yet disclosed.
