Ceigall India Limited, through its joint venture with Sushee Infra Mining Limited (CIL-SIML JV), has received four Letters of Acceptance from the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) for road construction packages on NH-913 (Frontier Highway) in Arunachal Pradesh.

The four projects have an aggregate bid cost of ₹2,149.62 crore and include:
- Construction of road from km 0.000 to km 55.725 of Huri–Taliha section: ₹521 crore
- Construction of road from km 0.000 to km 78.38 of Sarli–Huri section: ₹611.10 crore
- Construction of road from km 55.725 to km 113.25 of Huri–Taliha section: ₹525 crore
- Construction of road from km 160.75 to km 209.90 of Huri–Taliha section: ₹492.52 crore
Execution Mode and Timeline
The contracts are awarded on Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) basis. The projects involve construction and development of Intermediate Lane roads across key sections of NH-913.
Construction periods:
- First package: 36 months
- Second package: 36 months
- Third package: 48 months
- Fourth package: 36 months
Each project includes a five-year maintenance period following construction completion.
Joint Venture Structure
The CIL-SIML joint venture comprises:
- Ceigall India Limited: 74% stake
- Sushee Infra Mining Limited: 26% stake
