- Jam Khambhaliya Jamnagar Power Transmission Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ceigall India Limited, entered into a Transmission Service Agreement with Central Transmission Utility of India Limited (Nodal Agency)
- Agreement signed on October 19, 2026
- Purpose: Development and operation of an Inter-State Transmission System for evacuation of power from:
- Lakadia (Phase-II: 7.5 GW)
- Khambhaliya (Phase-II: 5.5 GW)
- Jamnagar (Phase-I: 1 GW) – Part B
- Total evacuation capacity: 14 GW
