Director Re-appointment Details
Anuradha Kashikar, aged 65 years, holds B.Com and LLB degrees from University of Mumbai. She currently serves as Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer. Her re-appointment is proposed with nil remuneration for the three-year term from April 1, 2027 to March 31, 2030. She holds 698,500 equity shares in the company and is the spouse of Vijay Majrekar, Managing Director of the Company.
