Central Bank of India Appoints New Chief Risk Officer

Central Bank of India appoints Shri Raj Kokil Singh as Chief Risk Officer effective April 20, 2026 for a 3-year term.
Dr. G. Bhaskar, the previous CRO, has been reallocated to the Treasury portfolio as part of this change.
The appointment complies with SEBI LODR Regulations 30 and 51, with detailed disclosure provided in Annexure I.
Shri Singh brings 19 years of banking experience including previous roles at Union Bank of India and Syndicate Bank.
