Central Bank of India CFO and GM Retire

Central Bank of India has disclosed changes in its management team pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.

The bank announced the retirement of two senior executives due to superannuation effective May 31, 2026:

• Shri Mukul N. Dandige, Chief General Manager & Chief Financial Officer of the Bank
• Shri Suryanarayana Murty Saladi, General Manager of MSME Department of the Bank

The disclosure was signed by Chandrakant Bhagwat, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of Central Bank of India, and filed with both the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.

The document serves as a formal notification to the exchanges to take these management changes on record.
