Central Bank of India CGM Treasury Superannuates June 30

Central Bank of India has disclosed a change in its senior management team. Shri Vasti Venkatesh, who served as Chief General Manager – Treasury and International Banking Division of the Bank, has ceased to be a Senior Management Personnel due to superannuation.

The change became effective after the closure of business hours on June 30, 2026. This management transition represents the normal retirement process for senior banking personnel.

The disclosure is made pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The notification was formally addressed to both National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited.
