Central Bank of India has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting to be held on Saturday, October 17, 2026 at its Central Office in Mumbai. The primary agenda of the meeting is to consider and approve the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2026.
Pursuant to the bank's Insider Trading Policy, the trading window for the bank's directors, designated employees, and their immediate relatives has been closed since October 1, 2026. The trading window closure will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for Q2 and H1 FY27. The trading window for designated persons is scheduled to reopen on October 20, 2026.
