  • Professional Background: Former Director of the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM), an educational initiative of SEBI. Oversaw the school of Regulatory and Supervisory studies which acts as a staff college for SEBI officers. Former Head of Human Resources in the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). Chief of Staff and Advisor to three successive RBI Governors - Dr. C. Rangarajan, Dr. Bimal Jalan, and Dr. Y.V. Reddy over a period of nine years.
  • Awards: Received several prestigious awards including an Honorary Doctoral Degree by the EIILM University, Sikkim

  • Term: Appointment subject to approval of the shareholders
  • Professional Background: Founder of Adlabs Films Limited, one of the largest entertainment corporations in India. Founder of Adlabs Entertainment Limited, which created India's biggest theme and Amusement Park "Imagicaa" on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway. Currently director of Thrrill Park Limited, Cineport Entertainment Private Limited among others. Former Council member of the Film & Television Producers Guild of India. Established India's first and World's largest IMAX dome theatre. Former Chairman of National Film Development Corporation.
