Centuple Global Board Meeting on Director Regularizations

Centuple Global Ltd scheduled a board meeting for May 23, 2026 to consider key governance changes.
Agenda includes regularizing two Non-Executive Independent Directors: Gaurav Kaushik and Ashish Jain.
Board will also address resignation of current secretarial auditor and appoint a new one.
Meeting will finalize EGM notice, e-voting cut-off date, and appoint a scrutinizer for the process.
