Century Enka Acquires ABRELCEL Shares via Rights Issue

Century Enka Limited acquired 37,96,086 additional equity shares of ABREL Century Energy Limited via a rights issue on 27th March 2026.
The acquisition worth ₹3.79 crore is to maintain the mandatory 26% shareholding required under the Electricity Act, 2003 for captive power user status.
ABRELCEL is an SPV incorporated in March 2022 for wind-solar hybrid captive power generation, classified as a related party transaction at arm's length.
