Century Enka Board Meeting for Q1 FY27 Results

Century Enka Limited has intimated the stock exchanges about an upcoming meeting of its Board of Directors.

The board meeting is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 28th July 2026. The primary agenda for the meeting is to consider and approve the company's unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended 30th June 2026 (Q1 FY27).

The company also reaffirms its earlier communication dated 24th June 2026 regarding the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's securities. The trading window has been closed for all Connected/Designated persons since 1st July 2026 and will remain closed until 48 hours after the announcement of the financial results, i.e., up to 30th July 2026 (both days inclusive).
