Century Plyboards (India) Limited submitted a regulatory disclosure under SEBI Listing Regulation 30 regarding changes in directorship approved by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting held on 16th September 2026.

The shareholders approved the re-appointment of five directors:

  • Sri Rajesh Kumar Agarwal (DIN: 00223718) was re-appointed as Director after retiring by rotation under Section 152(6)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013. He holds 40,53,882 equity shares, is 56 years old with 35 years of experience in administration, and was first appointed on 09.02.2021.
  • Sri Prem Kumar Bhajanka (DIN: 00591512) was re-appointed as Director after retiring by rotation under Section 152(6)(c) of the Companies Act, 2013. He holds 18,72,561 equity shares, is 68 years old with 46 years of experience in management, administration & production, and was first appointed on 16.04.2008.
  • Sri Sanjay Agarwal (DIN: 00246132) was re-appointed as CEO and Managing Director for a further period of five years effective 1st July 2026. He holds 2,49,30,460 equity shares, is 65 years old with 39 years of experience in management, administration & production, and was first appointed on 05.01.1982. He is the father of Smt. Nikita Bansal.
  • Sri Ajay Baldawa (DIN: 00472128) was re-appointed as Executive Director (Technical) for a further period of five years effective 1st July 2026. He holds 75,000 equity shares, is 69 years old with 44 years of experience in production, technical and project implementation, and was first appointed on 23.02.1994.
  • Smt. Nikita Bansal (DIN: 03109710) was re-appointed as Executive Director for a further period of five years effective 1st February 2027. She holds 69,200 equity shares, is 37 years old with 15 years of experience in management, administration, sales, internal communication and digitization, and was first appointed on 01.02.2017. She is the daughter of Sri Sanjay Agarwal.

The company confirmed that none of the directors are debarred from holding office by virtue of any SEBI order or other authority, as per BSE Circular LIST/COMP/14/2018-19 and NSE Circular NSE/CML/2018/24.

The disclosure complies with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated 13th July 2023 read with SEBI Master Circular No. HO/49/14/14(7)2025-CFD-POD2/I/3762/2026 dated 30th January 2026.
