With a career spanning over 50 years, he has led CERA to become a prominent brand in the Sanitaryware and Faucetware industries. He has contributed to various industry bodies including serving as past President of Bengal National Chamber of Commerce & Industry.

He is a finance and management professional with over 15 years of experience in corporate finance, strategy, fund raising, project management, risk management, internal audit and insurance across Indian companies, multinationals and foreign entities. He currently advises founders and boards of technology-led and early-stage companies on fundraising, financial controls and risk.
