CESC Signs 600MW Wind-Solar Hybrid Power PPAs

CESC Limited executed Power Purchase Agreements for 600MW wind-solar hybrid power procurement from four entities.
Agreements include 300MW from subsidiary Purvah Green Power and 100MW each from three independent developers.
All PPAs have 25-year terms with tariffs ranging between ₹3.74-3.75 per kWh for long-term power supply.
Disclosure made under SEBI LODR Regulation 30 following previous award letters issued in March 2026.
